Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain an actionable product roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product and prioritize the product backlog.
  • •Write clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to internal and customer needs.
  • •Define product objectives and key results (OKRs) and communicate the roadmap to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Tech and other teams to support timely delivery and efficient use of resources in an agile environment.
  • •Coordinate product launches, represent the company in customer meetings to gather feedback, and support UAT testing before releases.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management (or leadership) or software engineering experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Solid technical background with hands-on understanding of software development.
  • •Proven track record managing products through their full lifecycle.
  • •Experience writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Familiarity with SaaS product management and tools such as Jira; strong communication skills and a degree in computer science/IT (or related).
