Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain an actionable product roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product and prioritize the product backlog.
•Write clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to internal and customer needs.
•Define product objectives and key results (OKRs) and communicate the roadmap to relevant stakeholders.
•Collaborate with Tech and other teams to support timely delivery and efficient use of resources in an agile environment.
•Coordinate product launches, represent the company in customer meetings to gather feedback, and support UAT testing before releases.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management (or leadership) or software engineering experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Solid technical background with hands-on understanding of software development.
•Proven track record managing products through their full lifecycle.
•Experience writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Familiarity with SaaS product management and tools such as Jira; strong communication skills and a degree in computer science/IT (or related).
