Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established RFP processes to complete high calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, consultant questionnaires, and potentially DDQs.
  • •Add value using knowledge of regional/local client and prospect investment and regulatory requirements while delivering within stated timeframes.
  • •Create robust audit trails for reviewed content and critically review standard content for quality.
  • •Work on multiple deadlines concurrently and maintain/analyse relevant metrics.
  • •Maintain the Qvidian database and consultant databases for EMEA and APAC, ensuring quality and freshness of content; support invoice processing and ad-hoc requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Over two years of Asset Management RFP experience.
  • •Strong interest in asset management topics.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • •Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to interpret financial/statistical information.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating initiative and a sense of urgency.
