Job Summary

Lead the development and commercialization of packaged solutions built around the core tracker platform. You’ll define integrated solution architectures and value propositions, drive go-to-market from concept to launch, and create sales tools, positioning, and messaging. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to build business cases, set KPIs, validate ROI with customers and industry stakeholders, and scale differentiated offerings to grow revenue and expand margins.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain integrated solutions and portfolio packaging strategy, including identifying target segments, defining architectures and value propositions, and prioritizing commercialization.
•Lead go-to-market commercialization for packaged solutions from concept through market launch, including sales tools, positioning, messaging, and value frameworks.
•Build and maintain business cases, partnering with Finance and Operations on pricing strategies, margin targets, cost structures, and profitability, and analyze tradeoffs to support growth.
•Establish KPIs and performance measures to track solution success and market impact.
•Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, while driving customer/market feedback loops and validating ROI with proof points and case studies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in renewable energy, solar, storage, power systems, or adjacent infrastructure markets.
•Demonstrated experience in product commercialization, business development, strategic marketing, sales engineering, or solution management.
•Strong understanding of utility-scale solar project development, EPC execution, and customer decision-making processes.
•Experience building business cases, pricing strategies, and financial analyses.
