Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage PPE and safety equipment, including inventory control, inspections, availability, and compliance.
  • •Coordinate emergency preparedness activities such as emergency response plans, drills, and improvement actions.
  • •Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, company standards, and internal procedures.
  • •Conduct site inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, including contractor HSE compliance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum B-Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in port & terminal operations, logistics, industrial facilities, or similar high-risk environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Turkish Occupational Health & Safety legislation (Law No. 6331).
  • •Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety management.
  • •Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
