Job Summary

Manage and enhance operations, systems, and data practices for the TAM Business Unit, focusing on assets, performance, and finance. Work closely with the delivery team and TAM Leadership to support analytics and management/analysis improvements, maintain a national asset database, and assist with implementing and training on TAM performance management systems. Partner with site leaders using CMMS asset and performance data to support operational processes and respond to issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage CAMS long-term lifecycle, asset, and financial assessments.
•Support site leaders with CMMS asset and performance data.
•Assist in the implementation of new TAM performance management systems.
•Support training and retraining for existing TAM management systems.
•Work with the Pacific Asset & Delivery Manager to maintain a national asset database and improve operational processes or respond to operational issues.

Key Requirements

•Proven background in data management within facility management (preferred), or relevant industry experience.
•Track record of delivery and success in problem solving and process change/improvement.
•Ability to work effectively in a customer-driven functional engineering capacity.
•Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
•Ability to learn new systems and platforms.
