Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and cost planning for pre/post-contract phases, including producing cost plans and procurement reports
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities, including managing pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis and contract documents
  • •Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations throughout projects
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present findings to the client
  • •Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages, manage change control and risk analysis

Key Requirements

  • •Technical knowledge of Data centre or other related facility asset types
  • •Experience in MEP construction, industrial, pharma, manufacturing and/or Mission Critical sectors
  • •Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement
  • •Experienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications
  • •Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
