Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by observing children, preparing a calm and orderly learning environment, and helping with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and fellow team members to create a strong classroom community. The role is designed for someone passionate about working with young children and growing within the Montessori approach, with fully sponsored diploma training.
