Job Summary

Lead and supervise a mechanical team on MEP construction projects, coordinating HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems with other disciplines to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the project manager and other supervisors to develop project plans and schedules.
•Coordinate mechanical activities with other disciplines (electrical and plumbing) to ensure seamless MEP integration.
•Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and contractors; allocate tasks and ensure deadlines and quality standards.
•Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) and ensure compliance with specifications.
•Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate hazards and ensure on-site safety.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of working experience in mechanical supervision on construction projects, with 2 years GCC experience considered a plus
•Experience leading a team of mechanical technicians and contractors; strong task delegation and scheduling skills
•Proven ability to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
•Strong coordination skills to integrate MEP with electrical and other disciplines and to maintain project schedules
•Solid knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on site
