Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, update, and maintain the construction schedule across project/program needs.
  • •Coordinate multiple schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform and produce status reports.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, procedures, and expected roles for company and contractors.
  • •Integrate, maintain, and ensure the integrity of contractor schedules across the Program suite; perform QA and interface with project groups/contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience in project schedule development and preparation.
  • •Experience in baselining and reviewing project schedules, including critical path analysis.
  • •Advanced skills in scheduling and risk analysis using Primavera P6.
  • •Strong communication skills.
