•Address sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plans, and manpower requirements to optimize store efficiency
•Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
•Collaborate with Brand Principle and International Team to ensure operations meet brand standards and training is delivered to staff

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
