Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications to generate accurate material quotations from diverse HVAC product lines.
  • •Collaborate with sales teams to promote and support HVAC equipment sales and provide exceptional service to customers.
  • •Perform material take-offs using software to create detailed lists from construction drawings.
  • •Select equipment and price it based on specifications and manufacturer data; cross-reference material when not basis of design.
  • •Develop quotations in partnership with Sales Engineers and ensure timely distribution to contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering), Building Construction degree, or comparable industry experience.
  • •Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC products.
  • •Skills: Technical aptitude with strong attention to detail; proficient in Windows-based software with basic math and strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Organization and time management: Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
  • •Adaptability: Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team.
