•Serve as a senior quality advisor and key point of contact for regulatory bodies; manage external audits, inspections, and follow-up actions.
•Lead complex, high-impact problem-solving initiatives using quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to resolve critical quality issues and sustain improvements.
•Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate risk assessments, tracking investigations, preventive measures, and mitigation strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 186,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
•5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Audits, or equivalent in highly regulated industries (e.g., Medical Device, Pharma, Automotive).
•5+ years of experience leading teams with direct and indirect reports in complex matrix organizations.
•Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for an Office/Remote position.
•Experience ensuring QMS compliance with regulatory expectations, including audits/inspections and follow-up actions.
