Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure, scale, and maintain the core infrastructure powering Roboflow’s product, including cloud architecture, databases, file storage, search clusters, microservices, and ML pipelines.
  • •Build and manage containerized systems and reliability practices using Kubernetes, SRE-style monitoring, scaling, and incident response.
  • •Automate infrastructure and deployments with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, Spacelift).
  • •Partner across product, operations, and security teams to improve integration security and address security vulnerabilities.
  • •Enhance observability and alerting, define and support SLOs/SLAs, and pursue cost-optimization and audit readiness (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).

Key Requirements

  • •Production experience building and managing containerized applications at scale with Kubernetes.
  • •Strong infrastructure-as-code skills using Terraform, Helm charts, bash scripting, and Python.
  • •Experience operating, monitoring, and scaling large-scale applications (especially in ML/AI) in AWS and/or GCP.
  • •Proficiency in Node.js and Python, collaborating with full-stack developers to design and operate SaaS applications.
  • •Hands-on ML/Big Data Ops experience for machine learning infrastructure (GPUs, Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with PyTorch or Tensorflow.
