Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive training on Denodo’s HR processes, organizational structure, people systems, and internal reporting practices.
  • •Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from internal sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • •Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for headcount, turnover, recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, performance, and other people indicators.
  • •Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR colleagues and internal stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with the People team to translate reporting needs into clear data analysis and visualization requirements, including supporting data quality initiatives and identifying trends from HR data.

Key Requirements

  • •Student in the last years of a BS or higher degree, or a recent graduate, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Interest in Human Resources, People Analytics, data-driven decision-making, and technology.
  • •Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • •Good command of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
