Job Summary

Build lasting relationships with consumers and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions, using a digital-first mindset. Assess banking needs, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while providing an optimal client experience. Proactively educate customers on deposit and loan products as well as self-service digital tools, and partner with branch teams to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service.

•Engage customers through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) to provide best-possible counsel.
•Assess customer banking needs, process information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals.
•Build and maintain relationships via proactive outreach and follow up, including educating clients on available products and services.
•Provide consistent client experiences by greeting clients and processing basic transactions accurately.
•Open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while supporting credit application processes.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 3 to 4 years of job-related retail banking experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).

•Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
•Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies (preferred).
