Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain the overarching project schedule and ensure implementation of PMO bid and project management processes across the program.
  • •Monitor project objectives, milestones, and contractual targets, and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • •Coordinate project team communication and work with Work Package Managers in close collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • •Own project reporting, risk management, KPI monitoring and follow-up, and provide regular analyses and program progress reports.
  • •Identify optimization opportunities, implement measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and manage PMO tools through successful rollout and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical or business degree (or comparable qualification) and several years of experience in project management.
  • •Experience with public contract, bid, and project management (ideally in the military domain).
  • •Knowledge of classical project management methods, ideally with an IPMA certification (or comparable).
  • •Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, MS Power BI, and/or Oracle Primavera.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken) and strong problem-solving, teamwork, and self-driven execution with assertiveness.
