Join the founding team as a former technical founder who wants to return to early-stage building. You’ll work across product, engineering, GTM, and operations, taking ownership of high-stakes, ambiguous problems and driving them from zero to shipped. Build internal tools and systems to help the company scale, bring founder-level energy and judgment, and help shape Encord’s trajectory in a rocketship environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with the cofounders to identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, or operations.
•Take ownership of ambitious, ambiguous problems and drive them from zero to shipped.
•Bring an entrepreneurial mindset by spotting gaps, moving fast, and executing with limited resources.
•Build internal tools, processes, and systems that help Encord scale.
•Act as a force multiplier across teams with founder-level energy and judgment.
