Job Summary

Develop and grow Treasury Management business for Specialty Mortgage Services clients by expanding existing relationships and turning prospects into clients. Support the Treasury Management Advisor Manager across the sales cycle—prospect qualification, needs analysis, and close of sale—while maintaining and reviewing a customer portfolio through regular calling and training. Provide consultative liquidity management expertise, deliver product and industry training, and support client onboarding, account setup, maintenance, and service inquiries with compliant, accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Treasury Management sales cycle (business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and close of sale) to retain and grow the customer portfolio.
•Develop independent prospecting channels and manage a pipeline of potential Treasury Management targets in the assigned territory.
•Maintain deep knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues; design customer-centric solutions and provide liquidity management expertise.
•Provide industry and product training to internal and external audiences, and represent the bank in local and regional Treasury Management communities and industry groups.
•Assist with onboarding and opening specialty deposit accounts and provide day-to-day Treasury Management operational support, including account setup, maintenance, inquiries, and compliant client request processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of related experience in the financial industry, branch, or Treasury Management support (may have completed a credit training program).
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
•Entry-level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
•Entry-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Entry-level speaking and writing communication skills; occasional travel required.
