Key Responsibilities

  • •Import client leads via CSV, configure custom fields, and set up sales/pipeline tracking in GoHighLevel.
  • •Design, build, test, and document automated SMS reactivation campaigns, workflows, and branching logic.
  • •Manage A2P registration, consent tracking, DND status, and process opt-out requests.
  • •Implement Conversation AI settings and create protocols for transitioning conversations to human team members.
  • •Integrate calendars for automated appointment-booking workflows and build dashboards/snapshots to track recovered revenue.
