Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support global banking operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, including bank relationship management, wallet/fees, banking infrastructure, and treasury strategy.
•Develop regulatory-compliant banking products/solutions and ensure brands adopt banking connectivity (e.g., SWIFT Net, H2H, TMS Payment Hub, API) in partnership with the Center of Expertise.
•Drive commercial negotiations with global banking partners on fees, credit interest conditions, and cash management techniques including pooling and FX SWAP.
•Ensure compliance with global Bank Account Management (BAM) and Banking Administration processes (e.g., KYC, signatory and user access management) and contribute to banking governance frameworks.
•Design and maintain process/control frameworks to meet SOX/business control requirements, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvement through automation and technology adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
•12+ years of relevant experience in treasury and financial services.
•Proven expertise in bank relationship management, commercial management (fees/interest), and technical service level management (SLAs).
•Strong understanding of banking connectivity and technologies including SWIFT, API, H2H, Open Banking, and experience designing integrations across TMS, ERP, and banking platforms.
•Advanced analytical skills and stakeholder management up to SVP level, including negotiation, workshop leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.
