Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map the customer organization, quantify business value, and define the pilot (MVP, success criteria, timeline).
  • •Author the PRD, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope relentlessly, and act as a primary hands-on QA tester.
  • •Drive agile project execution by managing stakeholder communications and escalating to unblock technical or political issues.
  • •Own Day 0 launch, run the war room, capture user feedback, iterate, and prove the defined business value through adoption.
  • •Scope ongoing maintenance, create customer documentation/training, and identify the next high-value FDE engagement.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years as a Deployment Strategist or 2+ years at a high-growth startup in a builder/founder capacity; alternatively 5+ years in a senior, client-facing product or delivery role.
  • •Demonstrated experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), managing agile software projects, and writing PRDs.
  • •Ability and interest to travel up to 50%.
  • •Executive presence with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and drive decisions quickly.
