Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify new features in DFT & ATPG domains and develop product specs for implementation.
  • •Collaborate with R&D & PV teams with validation of features, development of methodologies, flows and documentation to improve usability and quality of the tool.
  • •Benchmark with field to evaluate customer designs toward successful deployment.
  • •Drive development of new tools and modification of existing tools to address customer and market needs.
  • •Support Innovus hierarchical partition tools and top-level timing closure flow; support benchmarks and solve complex customer hierarchical issues.
