Job Summary

Develop and grow commercial relationships in priority NF1 accounts/hospitals across the Süd-West territory to maximize patient access to Koselugo. Build insights-based account plans, set regional objectives, and deliver customer- and patient-centered tactics in partnership with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Advocacy. Manage digital and in-person engagement, support hospital funding processes, maintain CRM and KPI reporting, and ensure compliant pharmacovigilance reporting and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain business relationships with key NF1 PN decision makers in priority accounts (e.g., Pediatric Neurologists and Pediatric Oncologists).
•Develop insights-based account plans including decision-maker prioritization and situational analysis (e.g., SWOT, barriers and drivers, patient journey).
•Deliver win-win regional value propositions and lead customer-focused, patient-centered tactics in cross-functional partnership with internal stakeholders.
•Plan, organize, and execute multiple digital customer engagement activities (e.g., emails and virtual promotional meetings).
•Provide compliant selling and support hospital funding processes while ensuring timely reporting, CRM accuracy, and pharmacovigilance data collection per SOPs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•B.A. or B.S. in a scientific or related field, or a qualified nurse/ancillary medical staff degree (e.g., Physiotherapy or Clinical Research Scientist) or equivalent experience.
•6+ years of sales experience, preferably in niche/orphan drug area.
•Track record of achievement managing a sales territory in a specialized area of medicine.
•Must have an established industry network and relationships within the territory.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an influential presentation style to uncover and address customer needs and concerns.
