Key Responsibilities

  • •Program-manage overarching, multi-capability enterprise initiatives by sequencing, tracking, and reporting logistics to keep initiatives on schedule and on budget.
  • •Provide day-to-day project management across the Market Readiness GTM portfolio, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from kickoff to launch.
  • •Coordinate execution of active multi-capability enterprise initiatives and large-scale sales events (e.g., CASS and NADA), including cross-functional planning cadence and readiness tracking.
  • •Compile and maintain standard and ad hoc reports requested by the Director and functional leads, including enterprise-level effectiveness reporting inputs.
  • •Apply AI and automation tools to streamline coordination, tracking, and reporting, reducing manual effort in status reporting and scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of program or project management experience across complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Proven mastery of enterprise project/program management tooling (e.g., project-planning, work-management, and dashboarding platforms such as Smartsheet).
  • •Advanced data and reporting fluency to structure, synthesize, and visualize program and capacity data for senior stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools to streamline coordination, reporting, and program management work.
  • •PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certification.
