•Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and services.
•Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams, including onshore and offshore resources, across concurrent technical workstreams.
•Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysis, Product, and Architecture teams to estimate, plan, and deliver initiatives within scope and timelines.
•Provide technical ownership of ClaimCenter environments, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and adherence to SLAs.
•Design and govern integration solutions with Policy, Billing, Financial, CRM systems, bureaus, and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
