•Oversee regional performance and operation execution to meet regional sales, margin and KPI targets.
•Manage daily store operations including VM, service, inventory, cash control and compliance, with regular coaching and follow-up to improve execution.
•Monitor regional inventory health, stock turnover, in-stock rate, sell-through and aged stock; implement allocation, replenishment and stock-consolidation plans.
•Execute national CRM and VIP management processes, maintain VIP relationships, organize events, and drive VIP repurchase and referrals.
•Provide timely regional operation reports and coordinate with national retail teams to resolve issues.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above
•5+ years retail operation management experience
•2+ years regional management experience
•Strong experience in inventory management, store operations, CRM and VIP maintenance
•Experience in premium fashion / sportswear retail is preferred
