Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the freighters schedule delivery/development process for short-term (current IATA season) deliverables including close-in re-fleeting, capacity optimization, operational integrity, and on-time performance.
  • •Manage long-term (6–12 months) planning that supports network/commercial requests to maximize profitability and ensure operational compliance with key stakeholders.
  • •Recommend initiatives/changes to senior management as part of continual capacity optimization.
  • •Develop annual, 5-year, and 10-year schedule plans, incorporating long-term fleet strategy.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders (Network planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance, and Corporate Communications) to protect and enhance the slot portfolio and ensure timely/accurate flight publication.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of airline experience in network planning/scheduling; exposure to airline cargo is an advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate studies (preferred) in a relevant discipline.
  • •Strategic planning and deep analytical skills.
  • •Negotiation and advocacy skills.
