Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive product strategy for healthcare experiences, identifying opportunities to help members gain deeper visibility into their health and make informed decisions that improve outcomes.
•Develop and prioritize an outcomes-driven product roadmap, balancing member value, scientific rigor, business impact, and technical feasibility.
•Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring healthcare products and features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
•Champion member needs through research, feedback synthesis, and data analysis, ensuring products deliver meaningful, engaging, and trusted experiences.
•Leverage data and experimentation to evaluate product performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve member engagement and health impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing digital products.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
•Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, digital health, regulated products, clinical product development, or related domains.
•Knowledge of healthcare product development considerations, including clinical validation, health data, regulatory frameworks, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), is preferred.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and member insights to inform product decisions.
