Provide high-level professional services in a retail banking branch to Premier clients, supporting wealth management strategies, processing account activities, and maintaining strong relationships with Premier customers. •Work closely with Sales Floor Manager and BCD to achieve KPIs and deliver seamless service to customers visiting branches.
•Back-up Premier client service by supporting PRM and managing Premier rooms resources and safety deposit box, delivering quality service to Premier customers and building relationships with PRM.
•Identify service and business potentials, make referrals to PRM and other business lines to deepen customer relationships.
•Perform branch operational tasks excluding teller services, assist with admin and MI report consolidation, and support Premier customer transactions and documentation.
•Develop multi-service skills and follow a development plan through on-the-job training and supervision.
