Build scalable training and inference systems for LLMs, multimodal LLMs, and other media ML models that improve speed, scalability, and reliability across Netflix’s global catalog. Optimize end-to-end training pipelines and distributed training strategies, and enhance inference/serving with techniques like KV cache, batching, quantization, and long-context handling. Partner cross-functionally and mentor engineers and scientists on large-scale ML performance and efficiency.
