Job Summary

Own the operational flow between Salesforce and Workday by accurately integrating Sales Orders and ensuring SLAs are met. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve Sales Order issues, drive process and system efficiency improvements, and support month/quarter revenue close activities such as journal entries and reconciliations. Help prepare supplemental reporting for senior leadership and handle ad hoc reporting and data management needs.

•Handle the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
•Ensure compliance with SLAs
•Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve Sales Order-related issues
•Lead initiatives to drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies through system improvements and process scaling
•Contribute to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close and support supplemental reporting for senior management

Key Requirements

•5 - 9 years of experience in a Financial Operations / Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research, and/or journal entries
•Strong Excel skills
•Accounting/Finance or other business degree preferred
•SFDC experience is highly preferred
•Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
