Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and production of editorial content for APAC markets including Australia, Japan, Korea, India, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
•Commission, optimise, and refresh content using editorial judgment, SEO skills, and performance insights to keep content relevant and competitive.
•Find, brief, and manage freelance writers and editors, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
•Run content operations as a Contentful expert, including publishing and supporting colleagues, and keeping workflows smooth during launches and migrations.
•Monitor content performance, identify opportunities using analytics, and experiment with AI-powered workflows while maintaining quality and local relevance.

Key Requirements

•Have experience in content marketing, editorial management, or publishing, and deliver content at scale.
•Understand SEO deeply, including AI search and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
•Use analytics and performance insights to prioritise work, optimise content, and spot growth opportunities.
•Be exceptionally organised while managing multiple markets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
•Have hands-on CMS experience (e.g., Contentful) and interest in AI to enhance editorial workflows.
