  • •Lead or execute value engineering initiatives, including cost reduction, multi-sourcing, electrical redesign, and supplier transitions.
  • •Develop, design, or modify electrical architectures, schematics, PCBAs, harnessing, and power/control systems for complex applications.
  • •Partner with strategic suppliers to develop, qualify, and optimize electrical components and assemblies, including PCBAs, power supplies, and cable/harness solutions.
  • •Support and execute ECO/NPI cost evaluation and design convergence, defining testing/validation activities and producing technical documentation/specifications.

Salary: USD 86,500 - 119,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, including electronic systems, power systems, or controls.
  • •Strong experience with circuit design, PCB layout, power systems, grounding/shielding, and component selection.
  • •Proven ability to apply Design for Excellence (DfX), particularly cost and manufacturability.
  • •Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and supplier interface on technical solutions.
