Electrical Engineer – Value Engineering

Apply electrical engineering expertise to identify and resolve complex electrical/electronic issues across systems, subsystems, and components, with a focus on cost reduction, supply resilience, and reliability. Lead value engineering initiatives such as multi-sourcing, electrical redesign, and supplier transitions. Develop and modify electrical architectures, schematics, PCBAs, harnesses, and power/control systems; coordinate ECO/NPI cost evaluation; and drive cross-functional end-to-end value improvements through testing, validation, and technical documentation.
