Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver journeyman-level business analysis and support process documentation, meeting facilitation, action tracking, and reporting across PWS areas.
  • •Develop and institutionalize business process standards, templates, policies, procedures, diagrams, and guidelines for Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • •Conduct process improvement initiatives and routine internal audits to ensure compliance and consistent, measurable performance.
  • •Assess, validate, and document stakeholder needs and requirements for projects across the SDLC/engineering lifecycle, producing artifacts such as epic trees, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • •Provide technical liaison support for development and engineering teams, support Agile deployment and project status reporting, and prepare briefings, data calls, and minutes.

Key Requirements
