Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop preliminary designs and specifications, including research, feasibility/economic studies, cost estimates, design criteria, and as-built drawings.
  • •Coordinate equipment vendor direction and installation execution, including utilities requirements, installation schedules, and review of consultant deliverables.
  • •Conduct pre-project planning and operational reviews, define scope, prepare and evaluate RFPs, and submit reports to management by deadlines.
  • •Perform contract administration by reviewing bid packages, preparing project documents (justifications, budget analyses, plans, schedules), and monitoring budget activity.
  • •Provide people leadership through coaching and employee development, and continuously improve robotic and controls knowledge.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •2+ years of leadership experience including team development and management.
  • •Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.
  • •Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling and strong project management and contract administration skills.
  • •Proficiency in engineering economics and AutoCAD; also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (Microsoft Office products).
