Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers to lead technical delivery across the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture.
  • •Lead technical deep-dive sessions to map the DX platform into customers’ workflows and organizational structures.
  • •Design and build tailored technical solutions, often creating new integrations or workflows to connect DX APIs with client environments.
  • •Navigate customers’ engineering nuances—including branching strategies and deployment pipelines—to configure the platform for optimal performance.
  • •Capture and synthesize technical feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and feature enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails or Python) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
  • •Experience with version control using Git and the GitHub CLI.
  • •Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and using data for analytical solutioning.
  • •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
