Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • •Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets, from key visuals and motion pieces to thumbnails, end screens, hero assets & organic and paid media assets.
  • •Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale.
  • •Leveraging AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid & organic media, hero assets, landing page assets, editing and other adhoc requests.
  • •Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.
  • •Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration, leveraging AI tools to achieve the best outcome in assets.
  • •Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results.
  • •Advanced proficiency in tools such as: Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English; Based in Madrid.
