Lead on the sales floor as a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. •Supports store operations through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
•Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds the team accountable for goals and KPIs.
