Sales Support Representative

Support customers by partnering with sales associates to recommend the best products and solutions, producing timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate customer deliveries, answer sales calls with information and issue resolution, and resolve customer concerns through effective use of CRM and the phone system. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales/customer service experience who want hands-on learning in the trades and sales process.
