Supervise daily Box Office operations for Ticketmaster in Vancouver, supporting the Box Office Manager with recruiting, scheduling, training, and on-site staff management. Help implement box office policies, run local box offices as needed, and ensure excellent customer service through ticket processing, in-person sales, cash control, and resolution of customer service escalations.
