Serve as a trusted Private Client Banker in a plan-based program, owning the full client relationship and helping clients move forward in their financial journey. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver tailored financial wellness recommendations through investment and insurance product solutions. Build referral pipelines through centers of influence, partner with branch teams, ensure compliance, and support teller-line transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline using a disciplined prospecting approach and internal/external centers of influence.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations and transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
•FINRA S6, FINRA S63, FINRA SIE, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
