Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake mechanical engineering calculations and system design for all project stages from concept through detailed design.
  • •Develop HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, and smoke management system designs.
  • •Produce technical reports, calculations, and engineering studies, including equipment selection and system sizing support.
  • •Develop energy-efficient and sustainable engineering solutions that comply with project briefs and client requirements.
  • •Deliver mechanical engineering design packages and coordinate design activities with stakeholders, including attending meetings and supporting workshops/value engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • •Membership of a professional institution (CIBSE, ASHRAE, IMechE or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Building Services Design.
  • •Strong knowledge of local UAE / GCC codes and regulations for mechanical system design.
  • •Proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
