Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed project schedules, WBS, and execution plans, including milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • •Monitor project performance against approved baselines; track progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Analyze delays and schedule risks, assess impacts, and develop mitigation, recovery plans, and acceleration programs as needed.
  • •Coordinate planning activities with project managers, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams; lead planning review and status discussions.
  • •Maintain planning documentation and provide schedule-related inputs for claims and extensions of time (EOT), including earned value and MIS reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • •10–12 years of experience in project planning and controls within construction, infrastructure, real estate, or interior fit-out projects.
  • •Experience managing planning functions for large and complex projects.
  • •Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling techniques.
  • •Proficiency in project reporting, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
