Job Summary

Drive pre-sales solutioning for Freshservice’s SMBC Sales Support team by engaging SMB and mid-market customers, running discovery, and architecting tailored solutions. Deliver product demonstrations and POCs, address technical objections, and position Freddy AI (Copilot/Agent) and Agent Studio with clear business outcomes. Create solution proposals, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering/Implementation, and document and improve pre-sales enablement assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage SMB and mid-market customers to understand business and technical challenges, conduct discovery sessions, and architect tailored solutions.
•Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs), addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
•Explain core AI/LLM concepts and position Freddy AI Copilot, Freddy AI Agent, and Agent Studio to connect AI capabilities to measurable outcomes.
•Build and configure AI agents and automated workflows in Agent Studio (or comparable tools) for use cases in demos and POCs.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to accelerate deal closures, and create solution proposals, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
•Proven experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
•Ability to work with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand pain points and craft effective solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
