Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practices in the subcontracts discipline.
  • •Evaluate and recommend proposals by analyzing rates, cost structures, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • •Administer subcontract functions for projects and bids, including developing and implementing subcontract management strategies.
  • •Guide site leadership and home-office personnel on subcontract management matters; manage contracting policies and procedures for requestors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of Subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies/processes and ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts.
