Job Summary

Manage accounting operations for client payments by applying payments in multiple admin systems and handling weekly and monthly carrier payable reporting. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external teams across regional offices, resolve discrepancies, and perform refund processing and reconciliation. Use analytical tools to identify cost savings and process improvements, document workflows, and support projects, audits, and technology enhancement testing. Collaborate with Business Units, Financial Control, and FP&A on ad-hoc payment inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply various payments in multiple admin systems.
•Produce weekly and monthly carrier payable reporting and payments.
•Resolve discrepancies with internal and external clients and internal teams.
•Reconcile payment and refund information across multiple admin systems and analyze for action items.
•Improve accounting operations processes by documenting workflows and partnering with Business Units, Financial Control, and FP&A to resolve issues and support projects, audits, and technology testing.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of related experience in accounting operations or a similar role.
•Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to business leaders and internal/external colleagues.
•Customer service mindset with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
•Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookups, and experience working with external data.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
