Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to recruit specialist Defence, Maritime, and technical professionals across Australia and New Zealand. Own end-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing of passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and running targeted sourcing campaigns. Advise hiring managers with market insights, create compelling job ads, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through onboarding while contributing to continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist Defence, Maritime, and technical positions.
•Proactively source and engage passive candidates using sourcing tools, market mapping, and targeted search strategies.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and specialist roles.
•Develop sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns, including engaging job advertisements.
•Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing passive candidates for niche specialist roles.
•Experience recruiting within Defence or Maritime industry (highly regarded).
•Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent.
•Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal Talent Acquisition or agency environment.
•Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
