Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements in assigned metros/regions and support data center market research to inform acquisition strategy.
  • •Support supplier engagement and evaluation and assist with the site acquisition/procurement process, including due-diligence tasks and documentation.
  • •Assist in managing the existing lease portfolio by tracking key terms, deadlines, and renewal opportunities.
  • •Support cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Compliance) in preparing materials for contract negotiations.
  • •Prepare deal summaries, lease abstracts, and cost analyses and coordinate meeting logistics and documentation to move deals toward execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to track multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable engaging with cross-functional partners.
  • •Genuine interest in infrastructure, real estate, or data center markets.
  • •Preferred: internship/co-op or academic project experience in real estate, supply chain, procurement, construction, or facility management.
