•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital products and services, and educate clients on self-service options.
•Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
•Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications while partnering with branch team members and partners.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 3 to 4 years of job-related retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training).

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients while maintaining a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
•Ability to complete required National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z (including criminal background and credit check).
