Senior Automation Engineer leading design, development, and support of Robotic Process Automation solutions using PEGA, Automation Anywhere, and Power Platform within Columbia Sportswear’s Intelligent Process Automation CoE. Drives scalable, secure automations, mentors teams, and integrates PEGA with enterprise systems while staying current with industry trends to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with IPA Engineering and Architecture teams to develop goals and strategies to ensure the IPA delivery runs smoothly and effectively.
•Collaborate with IPA COE & business stakeholders to ensure the technical delivery team commits to achievable and realistic goals.
•Designs and leads the implementation of scalable, secure robotic process automation solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical infrastructure.
•Play the role of “Pega Sr. Engineer”, responsible for implementing successful Pega projects using their defined coding standards, resulting in reusable, sustainable and easily manageable applications.
•Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering and/or applied relevant experience in technology, or related fields.
•6+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to information technology.
•Must have 5+ years of experience in PEGA.
•Hands experience in Pega low code app building processes.
•Certified as Pega Senior System Architect. Certification on PEGA Infinity platform is preferred.
